15 years ago, as a small break/fix shop for personal PC’s we realized a lot of local businesses and organizations checking into our store looking for service parts for their servers and other enterprise gear. We were also getting calls from nearby cities for IT support and procurement of hardware. Customers were not too happy buying from distribution channels, as the cost of items were high, support was slow, and delivery time was even slower. In addition, most distributors would only carry spare parts for newer models and small to medium businesses who had older equipment were left out to find their own parts and their own IT professional to install, configure, and troubleshoot equipment. We therefore started to make calls and network with other independent resellers to buy older enterprise equipment. Soon we found ourselves buying a ton of servers, racks, and storage – only to part the components out and re-sell them. This was a new beginning for us as we stepped into the enterprise IT space. That was 15 years ago, and here we are today – completely dedicated in providing our customers with OEM enterprise level hardware and service solutions, not only to our local customers here in the greater Orlando area, but also to customers throughout the United States and the overseas markets.
